Solenavaro began with a simple observation: most workwear is either polished and stiff, or comfortable and forgettable. The women we design for want both — a dress that looks sharp in a meeting and still feels easy at six in the evening.
So we focus on two things and do them carefully: dresses and skirts. Flared and peplum dresses with defined waists, German and bow collars; pencil, straight and pleated skirts finished with buttons, belt clips and flap pockets. Every style is cut to a midi or knee length that works in the office and beyond it.
